Camp Ligonier, a ministry of First Presbyterian Church in Pittsburg PA has one of the most extensive Adventure Education programs in the Eastern US, and they love to use it in ways that allow youth to draw closer to their Creator, Savior, and Sustainer. Here are some things you may experience at OTE: • Team Building Initiatives • Low Ropes Courses• Pamper Jump and Flying Squirrel • High Ropes Course • 1,000’ Dual Zip Line - The Vomit Comet • Tree Climbing • Mountain Biking & Boarding • Laser Tag • Tubing
What else will we do? While adventures activities take up much of the day, here are other things that happen during OTE: • Pool Bash & Cook Out • Ligonier Live: our high-energy evening program. • The Luge - our huge slip & slide What about Jesus? Ligonier is a Bible-believing, Christ- centered camp. "We believe in the forgiveness of sins through the atoning death of Jesus Christ on the cross of Calvary, and His resurrection from the dead. We want all our campers, leaders, and visitors to know about this salvation. Each week, OTE has its own speaker who presents the Gospel in a tangible way."
COST - The Cost of the camp for this summer has been paid in full by the generous support of church members who desire that all teens have the opportunity to experience the life-changing experience of summer camp.
